Terms & Conditions
1. All our items are quality assured and are not validated for dispatch unless the team has confirmed so. However, in the unlikely event of a customer receiving a faulty item, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at info@imene.co
2. Please note that sizes of different hijabs and materials vary. This is why we provide you with the approximate figures in the description.
3. Folded hem hijabs may seem shorter/smaller than anticipated as some fabric is used for the seam allowance.
4. We will only accept returns for items that are faulty. We do not accept responsibility or returns if you chose the incorrect size or if you no longer 'want' the item after receiving it. If you do change your mind after a purchase you have 24 hours to inform us to arrange a refund for one or more of the hijabs you no longer want. This is due to the fact that each and every one of our hijabs are individually cut, sewn and processed upon order confirmation.
5. Payments are to be made via PayPal or Stripe.
6. All items listed are well described. Please refer to the size guide and ensure you are ordering the correct size that you want.
7. Our standard postage method is Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you wish to receive your items sooner, please select the express delivery option.
8. In order to keep postage costs low, we provide three options (UK Customers) and two for International customers ranging from Standard Shipping to Signed and Tracked. All Standard Shipping options are non-tracked and do not include a tracking service. We provide proof of shipping for this.
9. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item, you will be required to return the item in the original packaging within 7 days of the purchase date, and in the same condition in which you initially received it in. Once we receive your returned item, our team will reimburse your original purchase, along with any additional postage costs (up to £4*).
10. If you pay for International Standard Shipping neither you or our team will be able to access or track the parcel information. We hold proof of shipping and if you have not received your order within 14 working days we would be more than happy to escalate this with our service provider. However, if the parcel is claimed to be successfully shipped, this is not in our hands and we cannot do anything else as you had paid for Standard Shipping and not Tracked. The same applies to UK Standard Shipping.
11. Unique and pre-order items must be paid in full payment. We allow 24 hours for you to decide to cancel this order.
12. If you order a unique item, our team will contact you to discuss your item thoroughly.
13. In the unlikely event of our team being unable to source you with the purchased item, we will contact you and reimburse your purchase as soon as possible.
14. We have the right to cancel orders, and in this unlikely event, our team will contact and reimburse you as soon as possible.
15. There is a strict rule on no refunds or exchanges on sale or clearance items. Please ensure that you have carefully read the item descriptions of the sale items before purchasing from the sale collection.
16. There is also a strict rule on no exchanges or returns on accessories unless the fault was from our side.
17. Most hijabs are made within one working day and dispatched within two days after we receive the order.
18. Pre-Order* Items. In regards to all pre-order items, they are not held in stock and are prepared for when stock/ clothing pieces will be available. All pre-ordered items have a maximum of 30 days allowance to be dispatched. Furthermore, all pre-order orders have a 48 hour time allowance during which a customer can retract their order.
