We only sew up the hijabs after we receive your order confirmation and choice of size and hemming. Therefore, please note that it would take one working day to make the hijab. After the hijab has been made, it will be dispatched on the next working day

In the unlikely event of recieveing a faulty item, please contact us at iimenecollection@gmail.com and we will assist you. Also note that you have 14 days from the day of reciept to return any item. Please refer to our T&C's for more information.
